Tilapia fish with garlic and olive oil
Components:
  * Tilapia
* Cloves of garlic
* Olive oil
* Salt and pepper

Preparation:
  After overrunning the tilapia fish, place them on baking paper format.
Using a knife passing 2-3 (depending on size of fish) diagonal stripes (/ /)
Separate bowl mix garlic cloves with olive oil (you can add rosemary), salt and pepper.
Spread the fish mixture, you can add a slice well washed potatoes (unpeeled), also smeared the mixture.
Place in a medium oven.
