Lamb chops and oven browned vegetables
  List of ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings:

Aries:
1200 grams Kara whole lamb chops (about 3 ribs per serving)
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Oven browned vegetables Ingredients:
½ red pepper
½ red onion cut into slices
1 zucchini, cut into strips along
6 whole tomatoes
2 ears of corn cooked in water and cut to 3
20 fresh oregano leaves coarsely chopped
½ teaspoon chopped thyme
Sea salt
Ground pepper to taste

  Preparation
Preparation lamb - Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Heat a pan with olive oil and burn the lamb on all sides share to close the meat, salt and pepper. Hot oven for 5 to 7 minutes depending on the size of the piece and, if desired grilling.
