Hariri Moroccan soup recipe

Ingredients:

* 1/2 pound beef shoulder in the form of cubes
* 1 cup chickpeas marinated overnight in water before
* 1 cup brown lentils, rinsed well
* 3 tomatoes, grated
* 2 onions, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 2 stalks of celery
* 2 tablespoons chicken broth
* Pinch of turmeric
* 1 cup white wheat flour
* 1 cup chopped cilantro
* 1 \ 2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 \ 4 teaspoon ground black pepper thick
* Pinch of salt
* 1 \ 2 cup lemon juice
* Add water as needed

Preparation:

A.) Fry the onion with the oil until golden, add the meat up close,
Add the chickpeas, celery and lentils
B) Add water to the pot and wait half a boil
C.) Cook fifteen minutes over high heat and cooking time of Mnmichm it further.
