Roast beef classic gala
Ingredients:
2 pounds sirloin or entrecote
Seasoning -
½ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (preferably with grains)
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
½ bunch fresh thyme, chopped
½ bunch fresh rosemary, chopped
1/3 of a cup of honey or date syrup
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Combine all seasoning ingredients, spread on the piece of meat and rub well.
Tie with string Sfgat the entire share.
Delay in the refrigerator for two hours - two hours and a half at least, preferably whole night.
About two hours before grilling, find the meat stand at room temperature.
Preheat oven to maximum, assume the Network sirloin and roast hot oven 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and roast for about 40 minutes (roasting degree Midium).
Remove from oven and set aside for about 15 minutes before deployment.Best served with asparagus and roasted potatoes.
