Recipe Moroccan Moflta

Components:
* 1 pound flour
* 1 cup oil
* 3 cups water
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Extra serving: butter, honey, maple syrup


Preparation:
* Mix the flour and salt
* Add the water slowly and put into dough to a uniform, soft, not sticky
* Cut dough into balls the size of an egg
* Pour the oil into a bowl and dip the balls in
* Place balls to rest for half an hour at room temperature
* Heat a skillet over medium heat / low
* Grease the work surface and flatten each ball into a circle hands thin and uniform
* Place the first Hmoflta without oil pan that has been greased pan
* When Hmoflta golden immediately make it to the other side to a nice cooking
* And so on with all Moflta and Moflta


It is important to remember:
Shmofltot be thin and attractive flat in a circle.
