Components:

* 6 cloves garlic, sliced

* 1/2 bouquet of parsley
* 1/2 coriander foreign
* 3 cups water
* Oil for frying

Spices:
Kurt: cumin, paprika, salt, turmeric, black pepper

Preparation:
A. Fry the onion until golden added the garlic and pepper strips. And cook over low heat 5 minutes.
B. Add the spices and mix well Add the water and bring to a boil.
C. Add the lemon juice and tomato paste, mix well. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another twenty minutes.
