Lasagna Recipe

:Lasagna Recipe


Components


     Pound of ground meat (beef or turkey)
     Three tablespoons of olive oil
     ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
     Chicken soup mix
     ½ teaspoon dry basil
     Salt and pepper
     ½ cup boiling water
     Box of crushed tomatoes
     I pound lasagna (recommended use owners that do not require cooking)



Bechamel sauce:

Two tablespoons margarine, tablespoon of flour, a cup of milk, two ounces of grated cheese, a little cayenne,

A little salt.



Preparation:

    Heat the oil and fry the garlic a few seconds.
     Add the ground beef and cook five minutes while stirring.
     Add soup mix, basil, salt and pepper.
     Pour the water into the pot, stir and add the crushed tomatoes.
     Cook for ten minutes over medium heat until stew with very little liquid.
