Grilled chicken breast with lemon and mint
Ingredients for 10 servings:





4 chicken breasts butterflies

Juice and zest of 2 lemons

1/2 cup olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

½ cup white wine

½ bunch mint leaves, chopped

½ cup sweet chili sauce

Teaspoon salt

½ tsp ground black pepper



Preparation:





Cut the chicken in half horizontally and cross. (You can also cut into cubes and then Lsfdn).

Mix all other ingredients, marinate the chicken for two hours.

Roast on a hot charcoal grill or a heavy iron skillet, about two minutes on each side, until golden
beautiful.
