Oriental rice recipe with vegetables

Ingredients:
* 4 cups basmati rice Indian
* 1 carrot, grated
* 2 stalks of celery grated
* 2 \ 1 cup canned corn a good wash
* 8 cups water
* Pinch of salt
* Chicken Soup Spoon
* 1 g nutmeg
* 4 tablespoons oil
* Black pepper
Preparation:
A. Boil the oil in a saucepan and add the rice and stir for about 3 minutes
B. Add the carrots and celery and corn and stir another minute
C. Add 8 cups of boiling water carefully, and stir.
D. Add: salt, chicken broth, nutmeg, black pepper and mix
E. Cover and wait until the water is absorbed into the rice, when there is no water mix and wait a couple of minutes to dry perfectly.
